Brian Marchetti
Brian Marchetti is the newest addition to our firm.
Since coming to McNamara, Goldsmith & Macdonald, P.C., Brian has focused on general tort and commercial law with an emphasis on litigation; personal injury and wrongful death cases; class actions; medical malpractice; insurance coverage issues; insurance bad faith; property damages and business losses. Before joining our firm, Brian served as the judicial law clerk to a Pima County Superior Court Judge.
A native of New York's hudson valley, Brian and his wife relocated to Tucson in July of 2009. Prior to moving to Tucson, Brian spent ten years in the communications field, serving as a media spokesperson in the legislative and executive branches of New York state government as well as at a large public health non-profit. Brian is a graduate of Western New England College of Law and also received a Masters in Public Administration from Marist College and a BA from Plattsburgh State University.
