Sue Ann Welch
Sue Ann Welch has been a trial lawyer for over 20 years. She received her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and law degree from the University of Arizona.
Since admission to the State Bar of Arizona, Ms. Welch served as a judicial law clerk and went on to defend clients as a public defender in the felony trial unit. She then began working in private practice, first representing insurance companies and their policyholders, and then as in-house trial counsel for a national insurance company.
Since coming to work at McNamara, Goldsmith & Macdonald, P.C., Ms. Welch has maintained a general tort and commercial law practice with an emphasis on litigation and appellate work; personal injury and wrongful death cases; medical malpractice; insurance coverage issues; property damages and business losses; civil rights actions and public entity liability.
