Our ability to handle complex business litigation is reflected in a recent case securities fraud case which we settled for $15 million.
In April of 2009, our firm presented a case to the United States Supreme Court. Our client was a 13 year-old Arizona girl who was strip searched by three adult school staff members in an unsuccessful attempt to find prescription-strength ibuprofen pills. In June 2009, the Supreme Court held that the search violated our client's Fourth Amendment rights. The result is a victory for schoolchildren across the United States and established new constitutional law precedent.
